Assembly and transfer gripper

  • Gripper picks up two halves of a plastic part
  • Inserts a steel bracket and four sight glasses into one of the parts
  • Both halves are placed on top of each other in the welding system; inserts are between them
  • After welding, both halves are welded together and removed with the gripper
  • In the same cycle, the next parts are placed in the welding system
