Implementation Examples
Insertion and removal for IMD system
- Pickup of labels and finished parts with vacuum
- Two cavities
- Insertion and removal on the moving side
- Diameter 137 mm
- One label per cavity on the side and one on the bottom
- High-voltage charging for optimal hold in the tool
Assembly and transfer gripper
- Gripper picks up two halves of a plastic part
- Inserts a steel bracket and four sight glasses into one of the parts
- Both halves are placed on top of each other in the welding system; inserts are between them
- After welding, both halves are welded together and removed with the gripper
- In the same cycle, the next parts are placed in the welding system
- Part size: 900x1000 mm
Insertion and removal for IMD system
- Pickup of labels and finished parts with vacuum
- One cavity
- Insertion on the moving side, removal from the fixed side
- 6 labels are inserted into the cavity at the same time
- High-voltage charging for optimal hold in the tool
