Production Cells
Systems for fully or semi-automatic production
- Press and stamping automation with cycle times under 0,5 second
- Injection molding automation with IMD/IML systems and insertion of inserts into molds

- Assembly from nine different parts
- Parts are fed via tray and as bulk material. Position detection with various cameras
- Assembly with ultrasonic welding system, hydraulic press station and pneumatic actuators
- Part handling with four 6-axis robots
- Final inspection with 3D camera

System for manufacturing contact plates for electric car batteries
- Plates fall from stamping machine onto conveyor
- Position detection on conveyor with camera
- Plates are picked from moving conveyor by six 3-axis robots and placed into carriers moving on belt conveyors
- Carriers pass through washing system, then plates are removed from carriers by two 6-axis robots and packed into trays
- 8 different plate types can be produced
- 90,000 parts per shift (8h)
