Multi-level timing belt conveyor

  • Stacks of empty trays are loaded at the bottom, conveyed through, and lifted to the upper level by a lift unit at the end
  • Tray stack station destacks the trays, camera checks tray condition
  • Trays are centered at the loading position and filled with a multi-gripper
  • RFID tag is written with production data
  • Loaded and NOK trays are stacked separately
  • With a belt cycle switch, the entire accumulation section can be cleared at once

Timing belt conveyor line for trays

  • Empty trays are fed in stacks and destacked at a stacking station
  • Trays run through the conveyor line and are moved between different lines with corner transfer units
  • Trays are stopped at defined positions and filled

  • Conveyor line for a multifunctional injection molding system
  • Conveyor widths: 600mm, 900mm, 1000mm
  • System is used for producing a wide range of small batches
  • Parts are placed either by 6-axis robot or linear handling
  • Conveyor line 1 is a multi-level belt where up to 6 different KLT types can be fed, filled, and discharged as needed
