Maintenance Contracts

We are happy to offer you an individual maintenance contract for your special machine. Preventive maintenance helps avoid machine downtime and prevents unplanned ad-hoc interventions. Typically, preventive maintenance is performed once a year, but other intervals as well as one-time maintenance are also possible.

We inspect all mechanical and electrical wear parts, clean and lubricate machine components, and check the electrical and pneumatic systems. We always carry common spare parts. Our colleagues are also trained for maintenance on YASKAWA robot systems.

We are also happy to offer a one-time maintenance visit independent of contracts. Often it is worthwhile to combine this with training for new employees!

Spare Parts

Even though we select particularly durable and proven brand-name components, parts may occasionally need to be replaced. We offer competent spare parts service and respond quickly and efficiently.

The best way to inquire is with our 6-digit article number. All assembly drawings and parts lists are part of our documentation. If these are not readily available, or a part cannot be identified, we will of course help you determine which part it is.

We also find solutions for old machines and discontinued products!

Repair Service

You are welcome to send your machines or interchangeable equipment (grippers, etc.) to us for repair or overhaul. After a one-time overhaul, you often save lengthy adjustment work with every product change and can rely on everything working again. Additionally, we recognize signs of wear and can perform preventive repairs.

We repair your equipment on a time and materials basis or provide a quote after incoming inspection. Generally, repair options at our facility are better and more cost-effective than on-site, as we have a complete workshop and the appropriate team, including engineers, available. Therefore, please take advantage of our repair service when your operations allow!

We are happy to schedule planned repairs. But we also respond spontaneously and flexibly to emergencies like gripper crashes!
