Jörg Schlünkes is a mechanical engineer, tinkerer and pragmatist; in 1994 he founded AfiPro with the conviction that automation must be cleverly designed and run reliably.
With deep technical expertise, extensive experience in special machine building and an eye for what customers really need, he developed AfiPro from a specialized supplier to a full-service provider – many systems from the early years are still running today.
Since 2025 he has been retired and advises the company to ensure that quality and substance continue to set the tone.
Ulrik Schlünkes represents the next stage of AfiPro's development: a businessman with engineering DNA, involved in the company since his youth and someone who understands automation as a strategic tool.
After completing his business degree, he organized the expansion of the new site, modernized production and built digital structures to enable scaling.
His approach: preserve tradition and engineering quality, make data-driven decisions, automate systems, simplify processes – so that AfiPro remains a modern, capable partner.
Andreas Nees embodies the mix of technical understanding and customer focus that makes AfiPro strong; since 2016 he has moved confidently between engineering, project management and customer support.
Today he is an authorized signatory and responsible for quotations, customer projects and technical coordination with clients – clear analysis, open communication and quick decisions characterize his style.
In short: anyone planning with AfiPro will meet Andreas Nees and experience reliability, competence and hands-on mentality as a lived attitude.
A highlight of the AfiPro team is the long company-history of many employees. Even after more than 25 years, the employees are still highly motivated. We have accompanied some employees into retirement, but many others from the start of their professional lives through to building a house and starting a family.
Through training and education, as well as close communication with our suppliers, our employees always remain up to date.
We employ several master craftsmen and trained specialists in assembly, electrical installation, and manufacturing.
Thanks to our high standards of quality management, qualifications are maintained and further developed.
