ISO 9001:2015
Topics such as sustainability and social responsibility are an integral part of our quality management according to ISO 9001:2015.

UN Sustainability Goals
Together with the Chamber of Crafts, we have conducted an audit on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

Measures to Reduce Our Ecological Footprint
Waste Avoidance & Disposal
We avoid waste wherever possible and separate materials by type. Chips, cables and various scrap types are collected by a certified waste disposal company.
Energy Efficiency
Efficient gas radiant heaters: Despite doubled hall space, no higher gas consumption than before with circulating air heating.
Photovoltaic system with approximately 95,000 kWh annual yield, covering more than 100% of our own consumption on balance.
Energy-saving, BAFA-funded compressor.
E-Mobility
Our fleet has been expanded to include plug-in hybrids. Charging facilities are available to employees. We evaluate available e-mobility solutions with every new acquisition.

We consider ecological and social criteria in procurement decisions.

Fair Wages
Our compensation is based on the IG Metall tariff structures; vacation and Christmas bonuses are part of our offering.
Working Conditions
We pay attention to ergonomic and varied activities in special machine construction.
In 2024, our milling centers were equipped with extraction systems.

Occupational Safety & Health
AsA Arbeitsschutz AG supports us in the areas of occupational safety and health. Four ASA meetings per year support continuous improvement.
Training & Development
We offer internships, working student positions and thesis projects, and enable employees to pursue further training and professional development.
Longevity & Repairability
For us, sustainability also includes the lifespan of our machines. We continue to supply spare parts for systems that have been in operation for over 25 years. Many special machines can be converted or retrofitted with change sets for new products.
ESG Guidelines & Code of Conduct
We have consistently been able to confirm our customers' ESG requirements and Codes of Conduct – without adjustments to our existing business practices.
